PORTLAND: 1:30-2:30pm

Election Day is just a few days away! That means the YES On 4 campaign is making the final push to spread the word about the need for reasonable growth in government spending and voter approval of excessive spending and tax increases.
This Monday (just one day before Election Day!), we will hold two rallies, one in Bangor and one in Portland, to support Question 4-the Maine Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR). We need a big turnout at each event to show the public, the press and the politicians that an era of change is approaching. Maine needs TABOR now more than ever.
Join us at one or both of these events:
BANGOR: 10:00-11:00am
Paul Bunyan Statue
Main Street, Bangor
PORTLAND: 1:30-2:30pm
Lincoln Park
Corner of Congress and Franklin Streets, Portland
We need all the supporters who can attend these events to turn out and show support for the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. These two rallies are our last and most important opportunity to showcase the support for Question 4, and to continue building our momentum heading right into Election Day.
Join us to help move Maine forward!

Most of the attention on the Nov. 3 off-year elections is on governor's races in New Jersey and Virginia, which Republicans are hoping to sweep. But voters in two liberal states on opposite ends of the country will also take up measures to limit spending. The outcomes will give us a clear sense of the public mood toward runaway spending.
